Kim Gook Hee shared a story about a mistake she once made with Song Hye Kyo.
Jang Hyun Sung invited his close friends Choi Won Young, Bae Hae Sun and Kim Gook Hee to a theater district in Seoul on the April 14 episode of Channel A’s Table for 4.
Recently, Kim Gook Hee appeared in the film Dark Nuns as a shaman and close friend of Song Hye Kyo’s character. Reflecting on their time together, she said, “I just felt so happy, even just looking into her eyes. It felt like a strong bond between women, and I think that’s what made it even more special.”
She also shared an unfortunate mistake she made during filming with Song Hye Kyo. “There was a scene where I had to smoke. I was supposed to put the cigarette out immediately after the cut, but the paper cup they gave me as an ashtray was too small. I accidentally put the cigarette out on the back of her hand,” she explained.
“I immediately asked if she was okay. I think I would’ve lost my mind if she had gotten a burn or a blister, but thankfully, she didn’t,” she added. “When I told my husband what happened, he got mad and said, ‘How dare you put out cigarrette on Song Hye Kyo’s hand?’”
Jang Hyun Sung also reacted with mock outrage, saying, “Are you crazy? Have you lost your mind? To do that to our Song Hye Kyo?” making everyone laugh.
