T-ara has put long-standing rumors of discord behind them and revealed a lasting friendship.
On April 6th, member Hyomin held her wedding at a hotel in Seoul. One major point of interest was whether the other T-ara members would attend, as the group had faced persistent rumors of bullying and internal conflict during their active years.
But the members proved their bond remains strong. Qri shared her guest outfit on social media, calling it a “new vibe,” and uploaded photos from the wedding. Even Boram, who had left the group, posted, “Our Hyomin’s glowing so brightly today. The wedding felt like a scene from a fairytale. Congratulations again, Hyomin.”
Soyeon was unable to attend due to a moving schedule in Dubai. On April 3rd, she explained, “I had an immovable relocation date and construction delays, daily vet visits for Totoro… everything overlapped. I was handling it all alone until my moms came to help, but they ended up struggling too. I didn’t even get to attend Hyomin’s wedding.”
Hyomin’s husband is a non-celebrity who works in finance. The wedding was held privately out of respect for his privacy. Gummy and Yim Siwan performed at the ceremony, and guests included Song Jin Woo, Girls’ Generation’s Yuri, Jeon Hyo Sung, and influencer Poongja. Hyomin’s unique wedding dress during the first part of the ceremony also drew attention—it was one of only two in Korea from the 2025 S/S high-end line by designer Sarah Mrad.
