‘Hyper Knife’ Slashes Through Korean Media Reviews: ‘Park Eun Bin’s Crazy Transformation’

Disney Plus’s first original medical thriller of 2025, Hyper Knife, has become March’s most talked-about series after receiving enthusiastic praise from Korean media.

Hyper Knife tells the story of Se Ok, once a promising genius doctor, who engages in an intense confrontation after reuniting with her mentor Deok Hee, who was responsible for her downfall.

Following press screenings in Korea, unanimous acclaim has poured in for the explosive acting synergy between Park Eun Bin and Sul Kyung Gu, as well as the unique storytelling that adds emotional depth distinguishing Hyper Knife from other medical thrillers.
