The Friday-Saturday drama follows a woman born and raised in a countryside motel who reunites with her first love after fleeing her hometown 12 years ago. Based on the popular 2019 novel Home, Bitter Home by Shim Yun Seo, the series has garnered critical acclaim for its tightly woven narrative and stellar performances. Episode 8 delivered major plot revelations, uncovering the shocking truth that the affair between Kang Hee’s (Lee Se Young) mother and Yeon Soo’s (Na In Woo) father was behind their forced separation.
