Han So Hee has made a splash in the real estate world, purchasing a luxurious penthouse in Guri, Gyeonggi Province for 5.2 billion KRW (approximately $3.8 million USD).

According to a report by Herald Economy on the 20th, Han So Hee bought a 203 square meter duplex penthouse in Arcadia Signature, located in the exclusive Artist Village of Achul. She finalized the payment and transferred ownership on August 21st.

Han So Hee had previously been living in the nearby villadegreeumW, which she bought for 1.95 billion KRW (approximately $1.4 million USD) in December 2021, paying the full amount in cash. The actress recently revealed that she has been staying in a hotel as she prepares to move into her new home.

The Arcadia Signature complex offers only eight units in total, providing privacy with its own private entrance road. Han So Hee’s new penthouse boasts panoramic views of Achasan Mountain and the Han River. The duplex layout, rare in luxury villas, features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an attic, and a rooftop terrace.

Achul Village is becoming a sought-after neighborhood for those seeking a serene lifestyle while still being just 15 minutes from Seoul’s Gangnam area by car. The area is home to high-profile residents such as Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin, actress Oh Yeon Seo, and soccer player Kim Min Jae.

Meanwhile, Han So Hee has recently faced controversy after being accused of operating an anonymous account that posted malicious comments about Hyeri. Her agency responded, stating, “The social media account exposed in the media does not belong to Han So Hee, and if proven otherwise, we will take full legal responsibility.”
