Justice was served in the Marry My Husband finale as Song Ha Yoon faced the consequences.

Last night’s episode of Marry My Husband soared to its highest ratings yet, with an average nationwide viewership of 12%.

Episode 16 of Marry My Husband sees a vengeful Jung Su Min (played by Song Ha Yoon) break into Kang Ji Won’s (Park Min Young) house after killing Park Min Hwan (Lee Yi Kyung). She hits Ji Won with a taser, ties her up and pours gasoline on everything. Su Min apologizes and says, “Nothing can be done now. It’s all your fault because you only think of yourself.” These are the exact words she had said in Ji Won’s past life. But Ji Won’s unfazed as she expected this.

Su Min says she’ll get away with Min Hwan’s murder. She says she’s good at playing the victim anyway and that she’s won. But Ji Won isn’t scared. With a quick move, she rips off the ties around her hands and pins Su Min to the ground. “Face the consequences of your actions,” Ji Won warns. Su Min is shocked to learn a hidden camera caught everything.

A shopkeeper who sold gasoline to Su Min recognized her from the news and tipped off Yoo Ji Hyuk (Na In Woo) and Ji Won. Instead of launching a search, Ji Won persuaded Ji Hyuk to let her handle Su Min alone. They secretly installed a camera in Ji Won’s apartment and arranged for her to receive self-defense training, including freeing herself from restraints.

At present, Ji Won tells Su Min that this is her hell and that she will pay for her crimes. Su Min is arrested on charges of murder and arson, but she continues to blame Ji Won even as she is being taken away. In prison, she refuses to accept reality and cries that Kang Ji Won cannot be happy without her.

Meanwhile, Yang Joo Ran (Gong Min Jung) gets a divorce, and Oh Yoo Ra (BoA) dies in a car accident while being under investigation by the prosecution. Kang Ji Won and Yoo Ji Hyuk confirm their love for each other and have a grand wedding. They later become the parents of three children and live happily ever after.

Marry My Husband will be followed by Wedding Impossible starring Jeon Jong Seo and Moon Sang min, which will premiere on February 26th.
