G-Dragon has made headlines with his latest acquisition—a luxurious 2,442 square feet apartment in Chungdam, a prestigious Seoul suburb often referred to as the Korean Beverly Hills.
The apartment, part of the upcoming ONER Cheongdam complex situated on the former site of SM Entertainment’s studio, features remarkable features such as dedicated supercar lifts on each floor, allowing for dual parking within the unit.
Last year, the “Super Penthouse” in the same complex gained attention for its staggering presale price of 35 billion Korean won (approximately $31 million).
Reports suggest that the BIGBANG star’s newly purchased unit falls within the price range of 15 to 18 billion won (approximately $13 to $16 million). His expanding real estate portfolio includes properties like Seongsu Galleria Forêt, acquired for approximately $2.6 million, and Nine One Hannam Penthouse, purchased for approximately $14.3 million.
The star’s older sister designer Kwon Dami, who married actor Kim Min Joon in 2019, has also reportedly secured a larger 2,743 square feet duplex unit within the same apartment complex, with a presale price of around 15 billion won.
Meanwhile, G-Dragon recently gave fans a glimpse into his recording studio, hinting at his comeback preparations.
