On the 3rd, Fendi unveiled the behind-the-scenes clip of their ambassador Song Hye Kyo attending the 2023 Met Gala.
At the Met Gala event held in New York City on the 1st (local time), Song Hye Kyo showcased her elegance in a pink-tinted nude-toned dress. The dress she wore that day was revealed to be a custom creation by Fendi’s womenswear artistic director Kim Jones, exclusively designed for Song Hye Kyo.
Song Hye Kyo’s dress incorporated elements of both underwear and eveningwear, exuding a delicate yet feminine mood. The design featured silk satin connected by pintucks and lace, creating a slender silhouette with subtle volume and sheer elements.
The Met Gala, a prestigious charity fundraiser event, has been held annually since 1948 at the Costume Institute of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, taking place on the first Monday of May. This year’s event was themed “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty” to honor Karl Lagerfeld.
