Lee Da Hee has turned into an heiress to a conglomerate who has it all from looks and intelligence to money.
Based on the popular comics/webtoon of the same name, TVING original show Island follows the journey of characters who have the destiny to fight against the evil that is trying to destroy the world.
Won Mi Ho, played by Lee Da Hee, is an heiress to the world-famous conglomerate Daehan Group and a part-time teacher. Having been born with a silver spoon in her mouth, it seems like she’s only walked a flowery path all her life, but there wasn’t a day when she wasn’t harassed by the media. After an unexpected event, Won Mi Ho is sent to Jeju Island, where she gets attacked by monsters she’s never seen before, getting caught up in a horrifying incident.
The released stills show Lee Da Hee’s transformation into an urban, sophisticated heiress. But then in another photo, she’s seen getting chased by something or someone, raising questions as to the mysterious story surrounding her.
Meanwhile, Island will premiere on the 30th.
