The house Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin chose is Walkerhill Podoville in Achiul Village, Guri, Gyeonggi-do. Achiul Village is in Gyeonggi-do in terms of administrative district, but it’s living area is basically Seoul. JYP and actress Oh Yeon Seo have lived or currently residing here.
Hyun Bin bought a penthouse with a size of 297 square-meter for 4.8 billion won (about $4 million). The biggest advantage of this house built on the top floor is the protected privacy. There’s also a rooftop garden that can only be accessed through a separate staircase from the house.

The singer purchased a 163 square-meter room for 1.48 billion won (about $1.1 million) in 2014. Currently, the sale price of this particular room is at least 2.5 billion won to 3.3 billion won (about $1.9 million to 2.5 million). The complex has community facilities such as a gym, golf practice range, and children’s playroom, and it’s connected to several shopping malls as well.
Kim Yuna & Ko Woo Rim
Kim Yuna and Ko Woo Rim couple started their marriage in Mark Hills in Dongjak-gu, Seoul. This is a luxury apartment that Kim Yuna purchased in 2011 for 2.2 billion won (about $1.7 million). It’s considered to be located in a transportation hub because of its easy access to major cities. The 244 square-meter room was sold at the highest price of 4.3 billion won (about $3.3 million) in November last year, and the current estimated price is around 8.5 billion won (about $6.5 million).
