Weekly TV Top10: ‘Little Women’ Rises to the Top With Its Shocking Ending

Drama Ranking for the 4th Week of September

tvN’s Little Women rose to the top of the chart again for the second time. Episode 8 revealed that Won Sang Ah (Um Jee Won) was the one who orchestrated everything, from all that happened to Oh In Ju (Kim Go Eun) to the death of Jin Hwa Young (Choo Ja Hyun), leaving a big shock. The relationship between Oh In Ju and Choi Do Il (Wi Ha Jun) and Uhm Ji Won’s performance became a hot topic. MBC and SBS started a ratings battle for the Friday-Saturday series. MBC’s The Golden Spoon, Yook Sungjae‘s comeback project, was the first to win in terms of popularity, debuting at No. 2. The speedy development of the modern version of “The Prince and the Pauper” story is gaining favorable responses. SBS’s One Dollar Lawyer debuted at No. 3. Most reactions are of how it’s a fun, easy legal drama led by Namkoong Min. tvN’s Love in Contract landed at fourth place. While positive responses poured out about the never-failing rom-com queen Park Min Young, some showed concerns over her overly slender body. With the premiere of new dramas, KBS’s The Law Cafe and tvN’s Blind saw a drop in their popularity. JTBC’s new drama The Empire debuted at No. 1. The characters were seen having an affair from the first episode, seeing a response that it’s a JTBC-style soap opera.
