Yoon Hyun Min opened up about his father’s passing and how it affected him.
On April 18th, the actor uploaded a post on his Instagram account. He wrote, “I’m writing this letter to extend my gratitude to everyone who has come to honor my father on the 13th.”
The star said, “My father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in February last year, and he has endured dozens of treatments until recently. He was so strong and I also tried to help him as much as possible, but there was no miracle for our family.”
“On April 15th, the day I was born, I laid my father in a coffin. I hope he rests in peace where there is no more sickness and no more pain. All I could say was that I was sorry for being the son I have been. Heartfelt thanks to everyone who came to pay their respects. If it wasn’t for you, I wouldn’t be able to put myself together and send my father along his way,” he continued.
The actor’s agency, HUNUS Entertainment, has previously announced, �”On the evening of April 13th, Yoon Hyun Min’s father passed away while battling a long-term illness.”
