Our Beloved Summer finally came to an end with a perfect happy ending, and the drama’s fans are now thrilled to see its lead actors once again in the newly released behind-the-scenes clip of the drama.
On the 21st, SBS released a behind-the-scenes video of the 13th and 14th episodes of Our Beloved Summer on their Youtube channel SBS Catch. In the video, Choi Woo Shik and Kim Da Mi showed off their sweet couple chemistry even before the camera started to roll.
The lead actor made a cute mistake while rehearsing for a scene in the drama. It happened during the scene where Choi Woong walks Kook Yeon Su to the bus station in the morning and he was supposed to shout out “Yeon Su!” when Kim Da Mi kisses him by surprise as written in the script. However, the actor was so baffled and ended up shouting out her real name, “Da Mi!” by accident while shooting the scene.
Watching him so startled, everyone on the set burst out laughing while Da Mi grinned and followed him charmingly. The drama fans playfully commented, “He called her by her real name again,” implying that this is not the first time he has called her by the actress’ name.
The making video also included them looking at each other with affectionate eyes, laughing, and talking amongst themselves even when the camera was not rolling. Many fans rushed to the comments section to praise their chemistry by saying: “I’ve never seen a drama couple looking this real and happy,” “Da Mi’s guilty because she just broke Choi Woo Shik with the surprise kiss,” “Can you guys date already… Please?,” “I have no problem with them dating in real life.”
