Netflix is gearing up for a new romantic comedy—with a military twist.
The streamer has officially confirmed production of its upcoming series Fall in! Love (working title), along with casting Park Hyung Sik and Park Gyu Young in the lead roles.
The series follows Na Jung Seok, the flawless CEO of a camping and outdoor brand, whose world is turned upside down when his former military superior—once a feared special forces soldier—joins his company as a rookie employee. What unfolds is a role-reversal office romance packed with tension, humor, and unexpected chemistry.
Park Hyung Sik plays Jung Seok, a self-made CEO who built his business from the ground up. While he’s now confident and capable, his past tells a different story—he was once timid and struggled to adapt during his military service.
Park Gyu Young takes on the role of Woo Ah Mi, a former elite special forces soldier known for her fearless and commanding presence. After leaving the military, she sets out to build a new career, landing a job at none other than her former subordinate’s company. Strong yet charming, her character brings a fresh dynamic to the workplace—and to Jung Seok’s life.
Having once shared a strict superior-subordinate relationship in the military, the two reunite in completely reversed positions, setting the stage for an unpredictable and entertaining romance.
The series will be directed by Nam Sung Woo, known for My Lovely Liar and My Roommate Is a Gumiho, with a script by Kim Ha Na, whose previous works include Heartbeat and My Secret Romance.
Fall in! Love will be released exclusively on Netflix.
