There’s a chance we’ll get to see Jinyoung in the second season of the Netflix series Sweet Home.
Earlier on the 27th, Sports Chosun reported that Jinyoung joined the Netflix series Sweet Home 2 as the new male lead. To which the actor’s agency BB Entertainment responded, “Nothing has been confirmed yet.” The company added, “Jinyoung met with the director because he knows him personally. It (their meeting) has nothing to do with the casting.”
Sweet Home tells a bizarre and shocking story that a loner high school student experiences in an apartment that he moved into after losing his family. The cast lineup included Song Kang, Lee Jin Wook, Lee Si Young, Lee Do Hyun, Park Kyu Young, and more.
As soon as it was released in December last year, the series immediately captivated viewers and made impressive records. After the first season’s success, there were many requests for a second season. Recently, reports confirming the production of season two have poured out. However, Netflix responded, “So far, nothing has been decided regarding the production of Sweet Home‘s second season.”
