On the 13th, tvN’s new weekend drama Jirisan held its online press conference. Jun Ji Hyun, Ju Ji Hoon, Oh Jung Se, writer Kim Eun Hee, and director Lee Eung Bok attended the event.

On this day, Jun showed her respect for the writer Kim. “How many actresses can star in Kim Eun Hee’s works back to back. It’s a great honor,” she commented. “Kim Eun Hee’s scripts are so detailed. So it’s really comfortable as an actress. It acts as a guide even in casual scenes. It completes the drama.”

Ju Ji Hoon also agreed with the actress. He shared, “I’ve been working with Kim Eun Hee for five years now. Now, she’s like an aunt I see on holidays. Her workroom is pretty close, so I meet her quite often. Her script is really detailed.”

The actor continued, “There are so many directions that I can never just skim through it. I can’t act unless I read it carefully. Sometimes, she writes difficult scenes so easily. But if I act them out, it’s like a class that helps me improve my skills. I’m having a lot of fun.”

She added, I want you to focus on what will happen in this mountain, which feels like a border between this world and the underworld. We might have expressed Jirisan in a wrong way, but the staff worked so hard for the work.”
