Mr. Queen actress Seol In Ah was offered a role in The Office Blind Date.
On the 10th, OUI Entertainment confirmed that Seol is contemplating starring in SBS’s new romance series The Office Blind Date.
The Office Blind Date depicts the sweet yet warlike romance of the CEO and his employee, who met on a blind date under false identities. The original web novel was published in 2017, and the webtoon version was released the following year. With their hot popularity, the two versions have garnered 320 million cumulative views worldwide.
Yesterday, Ahn Hyo Seop officially joined the production as the male lead Kang Tae Moo. And former Gugudan member Kim Se Jeong is currently considering the female lead role Shin Ha Ri. If Seol In Ah stars in the series, she will be playing Jin Young Seo, the best friend of Shin Ha Ri.
The filming will start in the latter half of this year, and the project will premiere in the first half of 2022. Wok of Love and Suspicious Partner director Park Sun Ho will helm the production.
