BLACKPINK still reigns over this week’s NEW K.ID Chart. The world-famous K-Pop group broke a record as ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’ became the first K-pop group music video to ever pass 1.5 billion views on YouTube. This is a milestone that BLACKPINK has achieved within only 2 years and 8 months since the release of ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’ music video. The insanely popular music video was also the most-watched K-pop music video of 2018. BLACKPINK recently finished their first live-streamed concert, ‘THE SHOW’ in success, revealing ROSÉ’s solo title track ‘GONE’ for the first time.

Coming in at #2 is once again WINNER. WINNER’s MINO was selected as the first ambassador for a Korean fashion brand, ‘SONGZIO’. MINO showed off his model-like aura and posters that resemble those of Hollywood. At #3 is ONF. ONF makes a comeback with their first official album, ‘ONF:MY NAME’, and its official title track, ‘Beautiful Beautiful’. Their lively and funky title track, ‘Beautiful Beautiful’ was released on the 24th at 6 PM KST.

Placed at #4 is TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT). The five-member K-pop boy group is planning to celebrate their 2nd debut anniversary through ‘TXT 2021 DREAM WEEK’. Starting March 4th, TXT will be showcasing various content and events to celebrate their debut anniversary with their global fans. Last year, to celebrate their first anniversary, TXT held ‘2020 MOA ACADEMY in March’ and made their fans exuberant.

At #9 is Weeekly. Weeekly’s JI HAN was recently selected as one of the new ‘THE SHOW’ MCs alongside ATEEZ’s YEOSANG and WEi’s KIM YO HAN. The music television program under SBS MTV, ‘THE SHOW’ selected their new MCs and they will make their first appearance on March 2nd. Weeekly solidified themselves as the super rookie of K-pop, getting various accolades since their debut. ‘THE SHOW’ is broadcasted in 86 different regions worldwide, and the fans of Weeekly will be able to see JI HAN from all over the globe.
