BTS’s Jungkook bought a semi-detached house in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
According to the real estate circles, Jungkook bought a two-story house in Itaewon for the price of 7.63 billion KRW (about 7,050,940 USD) in November last year. Built in 1976, this house is a detached house with a total floor space of 230.74 square meters and a total area of 637 square meters.
The house that Jungkook purchased is located in Itaewon-dong, which is popular among wealthy people, foreign diplomats, and foreign correspondents. It is a five-minute drive (1.5 kilometers) away from Nine One Hannam in Yongsan-gu, where BTS lives.
Recently, more celebrities are investing in Itaewon. This is due to the geographical advantage of high-end residential areas having been formed and the fact that it’s located between downtown Gwanghwamun and Gangnam. Comedian Park Myung Soo and actress Hwang Jung Eum also bought houses in Itaewon for 5.8 billion KRW (about 5,362,277 USD)and 4.65 billion KRW (about 4,299,071 USD), respectively, in 2017 and last year.
