B.I Is Continuing His Good Deeds + Does This Signal His Comeback?

B.I, who had been spending self-reflection time after leaving iKON, continues to spread good influence.

Recently, B.I conducted a “warm love sharing briquette delivery service” with fans in Incheon. This volunteer was organized by B.I’s fan club, and his attendance was not scheduled. But when the artist heard that they were having a hard time recruiting volunteers due to the pandemic, he himself made a surprise appearance, surprising his fans.

IOK Company, where B.I currently works as an executive director, also took part in the volunteer by donating 10,000 KF94 masks.

Since the beginning of the year, B.I has continued to give updates on his life through his good deeds. He donated 200 million KRW (about 180,650 USD) worth of masks to underprivileged people who were unable to purchase masks in February and contributed 300 million KRW (about 270,977 USD) worth of goods to World Vision to support the vulnerable group.

Some started to speculate that B.I is gearing up for his comeback. His label, however, stated that they reported the news because they wanted to share B.I’s good influence, not to spread good words for his comeback. B.I himself also explained, “I feel ashamed to mention my volunteer work, but there are still many people around us who need someone’s warm help. It became a colder and more difficult time with COVID-19, but I hope we can share our warmth.”
