Rain and Kim Tae Hee’s every move is making headlines. Not long ago, the two became a hot topic when Rain showed a glimpse into their lovely married life. And this time, the couple was ranked No. 1 in the list of “Superstar Real Estate Investors.”
In the recent episode of KBS’s Entertainment company Live, the second part of “Stars Who Own Great Real Estate & Land” was aired.
Rain and Kim Tae Hee landed at No. 1 on the list. The couple is known to own properties that are worth 81.4 billion KRW (about 71.6 million USD). The building where Rain’s agency is located won the Presidential Prize at the 2020 Korea Architecture and Culture Awards. On top of that, the couple also bought a house in Irvine, CA.
Coming in second was Kwon Sang Woo, who has real estate assets worth 78.2 billion KRW (about 68.8 million USD). Jun Ji Hyun, the queen of real estate investment, ranked third with 75.5 billion KRW (about 66.4 million USD). The fourth-place went to Song Seung Heon (69.2 billion KRW/60.8 million USD), while “Asia Prince” Jang Geun Suk came in fifth (55 billion KRW/48.3 million USD).
