Former Super Junior member Kangin briefly greeted his fans through Instagram Live in the early morning on Oct. 2.
During the stream, the signer just stared at the camera in a dark room without saying much. Having remained silent, he cautiously said, “Hello.”
Kangin then added, “I turned on the live to say hello for the first time in a while. Take care. Good night,” then ended the stream as he waved goodbye. Despite the short broadcast, he showed a more personal side as he struggled with functioning the app and even teared up as he talked.
Kangin fans from all over the world are showing enthusiastic responses. As no particular news has been released in about a year, the recent live broadcast grabbed the attention of many.
Meanwhile, he officially announced his exit from Super Junior in July last year. At the time, he said, “I am putting down the name Super Junior I’ve been carrying for a long time. I’ve always been sorry to my fellow members. I would like to say thank you to the members and the company family for their consideration until the end.”
