P1H: The Beginning of a New World, a movie featuring FNC Entertainment’s new boy band P1Harmony’s worldview, will be released on October 8.
First, P1H: The Beginning of a New World (hereinafter referred to as P1H) tells the story of six boys scattering to different dimensions to find the “star of hope” so they can save the Earth, which has been devastated by a virus that maximizes anger and violence.
It cinematizes the group’s worldview, which is based on the legend of “Alkaid” (the star of hope that leads the Big Dipper) and “Alcor” (the star of demon and death). The film will be directed by Chang, known for Canola, The Target, and Reset. He previously raised the expectations, saying, “I wanted to combine K-POP and K-MOVIE, the pride of Korean culture, to try to unravel the musical worldview of K-pop into the narrative of the movie.”
The lineup of the cast is also impressive. Besides Jung Jin Young, Seolhyun, Jung Yong Hwa, Jo Jae Yoon, Jung Hae In, Choi Yeo Jin, and Yoo Jae Suk have made special appearance in the movie, drawing keen attention.
The SF-style poster that shows the six boys’ silhouette standing under the meteors in the sky, which is visible through the circular dome, catches the eyes.
