UPDATE August 21:
HINAPIA members have posted letters addressed to their fans on official SNS accounts.
Yaebin’s Instagram Story
“Hello, this is Yaebin.
I would like to express my feelings to everyone who may have been taken aback by this sudden news.
First, to the fans who have looked over me and supported me before HINAPIA and since my PRISTIN days, the fact that I was not able to keep my promise of repaying your support and love, and instead greeted you with news of disbandment again makes me feel very sorry and apologetic.
But until the day that I can fulfill this promise comes, I will promise myself that I will work even harder.
Also, to the fans who have cared for and loved HINAPIA, the realization that we do not have any more chances to show a better side of ourselves hurts my heart so much.
However, we will only be apart from each other temporarily. I want to let you know that our hearts will always be together.
Due to the difficult circumstances our company is facing, we decided that we could no longer continue our activities.
To all of the fans who were wondering about how I have been doing, I hope you understanding our situation.
Although we were active for a short period of time, I will remember everybody who loved HINAPIA.
There is no way for me to know what I will be doing in the future. But, I will make sure to a better and more hardworking side of myself so that the precious memories of the fans who loved and cared for us will not fade away.
The members who are walking their own paths and I, the person writing this letter, ask you for your continuous support.
Finally, I want to finish this letter by saying that I am so thankful for all the love you have given me.”
Eunwoo’s Instagram Story
“Everybody, do not feel too sad!
In my long life, it was nice to be able to experience a career as a singer and create precious relationships.
Just because this ended does not mean my life ended, so I plan on working even harder.
Experiencing various things is a guarantee in life, so I do not want to think of this too badly. So isn’t that why people say life is like a rollercoaster?!
Although this is the end of HINAPIA’s Jung Eunwoo, it is only the start for Jung Eunwoo, so I will try to work harder.
Also, there was a journalist who called this an ill-fated destiny but.. don’t think about it like that It was never ill-fated haha…
Anyways, everyone!!!
I have been so thankful and I am so thankful.
As I have received so much love to the point where I wonder if I even deserve this much love, I will remember this as a precious memory.
Thank you!”

“Hello, this is Kim Minkyeung.
After much discussion with the company, we decided that it would be difficult to keep the group together due to internal issues with the company recently.
I would like to sincerely thank the OSR family for creating HINAPIA staying with us until the end.
Above all, my heart is heavy because I feel like I am only delivering bad news to the fans who have always loved and supported us.
I was happy to be able to stand on the stage and I was happy to do this with our fans.
This is not the end and is rather a new start, so please look out for me as I will come back to meet you with a better side of myself. I would also like for you to cheer on my members’ futures.
I want to sincerely apologize and thank everybody who has always given me so much love.”
