AKMU led the pack on the Circle Chart for Week 16 of 2026, sweeping five categories, while BTS, Tomorrow X Together (TXT), and PLAVE each picked up two wins.
According to the Korea Music Content Association, AKMU claimed No. 1 across Digital (Circle Index: 20,834,146), Streaming, V Caller Ring, Ringtone, and Dial Tone charts for the tracking period of April 12th–18th.
The duo’s title track “Joy, Sorrow, A Beautiful Heart” from their fourth full-length album Flowering powered the sweep, drawing listeners with its understated, emotional tone.
BTS also scored a double win, topping the Global K-pop Chart for four consecutive weeks with “SWIM,” the lead track from their fifth album ARIRANG, while holding No. 1 on the Social Chart 3.0 for five straight weeks. The song delivers a message about pushing forward through life’s waves without stopping.
TXT landed No. 1 on the Album Chart with 7TH YEAR: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns, which sold 1,645,127 copies. The group also topped the Download Chart with “Stick With You,” earning a double crown. Total sales across all versions of the album (including CD, Weverse, and SMC) reached 1,892,350 copies within the Top 100.
PLAVE also secured two wins, topping the Retail Album Chart with Caligo Pt.2 (POCA), which recorded 195,982 in-store sales, and the BGM Chart with its title track “Born Savage.” Combined sales across all versions (POCA and CD) within the Retail Album Top 50 reached 372,449.
On the Social Chart 3.0, TXT saw the biggest jump in rankings for the week, reflecting their growing global buzz.
Meanwhile, new entries on the Global K-pop Chart included TXT’s “Stick With You” at No. 23 and PLAVE’s “Born Savage” at No. 131.
