BTS will appear on I-LAND as a whole group.
On August 11, Mnet released the trailer for the 7th episode, in which a surprise appearance of TS has been announced.
In the released video, BTS appeared in a silhouette first. The trailer alone made headlines. Attention is focusing on how BTS will help the new boy group produced by Big Hit Entertainment and CJ ENM.
On the same day, the production team also “welcomed” BTS by writing “BTS, welcome to I-LAND! Will air at 11:00 p.m. this Friday,” on their official Twitter.
Meanwhile, I-LAND is broadcast live through global platforms such as YouTube. The cumulative viewers have surpassed 13.6 million. The global audience vote was held in 173 countries, proving unprecedented popularity.
