The crossover project SF8, produced by Soo Films in collaborations with MBC, Korean Film Directors’ Association (DGK) and Wavve, released two main posters.
SF8 advocates the original Korean version of the SF Anthology series and will tell the story of a near-future where people dream of a perfect world with technological developments. It will be directed by eight film directors (Kim Eui Seok, No Duk, Min Gyu Dong, Ahn Kook Jin, Oh Ki Hwan, Lee Yoon Jung, Jang Cheol Soo and Han Ga Ram) into eight 40-minutes-long-episodes.
After drawing attention by releasing trailer along with the welcome news of the invitation to the 24th Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival, SF8 has yet attracted attention once again with the movie poster-like posters.
The main posters show the extraordinary presence of the 16 actors, who played unique characters in eight different films.
Moon So Ri and Jang Yoo Sang of SF8: Human Proof, Uee and Choi Shi Won of SF8: Love Virtually, Lee Yoo Young and Ye Soo Jung of SF8: Nurse, Lee Yeon Hee and Lee Dong Hwi of SF8: Whole Body, Lee David and Shin Eun Soo of SF8: I Can’t Love In A Week, Kim Bo Ra and Choi Sung Eun of SF8: Astronaut Joan, Lee Shi Young and Ha Joon of SF8: Blink, and Hani and Shin So Yool from SF8: White Crow.
SF8 will be exclusively pre-released on the OTT platform Wavve on July 10 and will be aired on MBC on August 17.
