Lee Seung Gi’s fan club, along with the star and his manager, has joined a parade of donations to overcome damages caused by the new Coronavirus (COVID-19).
According to the exclusive report by Star News on March 7, the alliance of Lee Seung Gi’s fans recently contributed KRW 10 million in donations to Good Neighbors, an international relief and development NGO, to prevent the spread of COVID-19. In addition, Lee’s manager personally donated KRW 1 million to the charity to support them.
Those donations will be used to provide hygiene kits to children from low-income families in Daegu and Gyeongbuk (also known as Gyeongsangbuk-do or North Gyeongsang Province) regions. Prior to the good deeds of his fans and manager, Lee Seung Gi already donated KRW 100 million to Good Neighbors to help the underprivileged children who’ve been struggling with COVID-19.
