Curiosity continues to grow every day about the upcoming second part of The Glory.
Writer Kim Eun Sook once remarked, “If you watched Part 1, you won’t be able to miss Part 2,” and added to the anticipation for the second half of the series.
In the new pictures, Moon Dong Eun’s (played by Song Hye Kyo) eyes are filled with tears, and Joo Yeo Jung (Lee Do Hyun) stares at someone with an intimidating gaze.
Joo Yeo Jung, who promised to be a “butcher” for Dong Eun, has shed his soft demeanor to become more impenetrable and cold-hearted. The man who once described himself as a bubbly man like the drink “Sunkist” is now nowhere to be found.
Park Yeon Jin (Lim Ji Yeon) looks dead serious as she answers to a phone call outside the shaman’s house. The first part of the series suggests that her family is linked to the shaman and the meetings between the young women and middle-aged men in the shaman’s house. Whether Yeon Jin’s secrets will be revealed remains to be seen. On top of that, her beloved husband Ha Do Young (Jung Sung Il) is also seen stepping into the medium’s house, raising curiosity about what will happen next. Jeon Jae Joon (Park Sung Hoon) is also seen bruised and covered in blood, making us wonder if justice has been served to the villains in the story.
The scenes – where Joo Yeo Jung and Ha Do Young play Go and Kang Hyun Nam (Yeom Hye Ran) hugging her daughter covered in blood – suggest that their wishes might have come true. All the questions including for whom the funeral was held will be answered in the second part.
The Glory: Part 2 will be released on March 10th.
