The controversy surrounding One Hundred Label is growing increasingly complicated.

While employees have been speaking out about financial hardship and demanding unpaid wages and severance pay, Cha Ga Won, chairwoman of p_Arc Group and CEO of One Hundred, has continued to express anger toward Lee Seung Gi and investigative authorities.

MC Mong, meanwhile, has been swept up in allegations that he received gifts worth 10.3 billion won (about $6.8 million).

On June 17th, Cha’s legal representative Hyun Dong Yeop said Cha had filed a complaint with the National Human Rights Commission of Korea, citing alleged human rights violations and infringement of her constitutionally guaranteed rights during the investigation.

Cha’s side claimed investigators pushed ahead with a biased investigation, treating her lawyer’s advice as interference and even suggesting the attorney could be removed from the room. They also said investigators told Cha she could not revise her statement later, despite her legal right to correct or add to her testimony.

Her team further alleged that details favorable to Cha were left out or downplayed, while some witness statements were written into the record in a way that distorted what was actually said.

Cha is currently facing an arrest warrant request over allegations that she took 24.2 billion won, in advance payments from Knowmerce Corp for a business deal involving her artists’ IP, but failed to follow through. Cha has denied all allegations.

Amid the growing dispute, Cha also turned her anger toward Lee Seung Gi. On June 16th, employees from One Hundred, Big Planet Made Entertainment, INB100 and other affiliated labels released a statement accusing Cha of “mocking and deceiving” workers by telling them they had to submit non-punishment letters in order to receive overdue wages and other payments.

Cha claimed the statement was led by Lee Seung Gi’s manager.

The next day, after Lee posted photos from his film About Family while mentioning the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival, Cha’s side wrote, “I hope Lee Seung Gi practices the idea that we come with nothing and leave with nothing, and returns everything he received from Cha Ga Won.”

Separately, MC Mong is facing allegations that he received luxury watches, jewelry, foreign cars, appliances, furniture and other gifts worth 10.3 billion won from Cha. MC Mong has not yet issued a statement on the claims.
