Kim Garam, who departed girl group LE SSERAFIM following school-bullying allegations, has shared a new glimpse of her life.
On December 1st, Kim posted several photos along with a heart emoji on her Instagram, marking her first update in a while. Though she didn’t write anything, the quiet post immediately drew attention from fans curious about how she has been doing.
Kim Garam reopened her Instagram this May—nearly three years after leaving LE SSERAFIM—and has been sharing occasional mirror selfies and day-to-day snapshots.
In June, reports surfaced that she was in talks to sign with a newly established agency, prompting speculation about a possible entertainment comeback. The agency quickly denied it, stating the rumors were “completely unfounded.”

Kim originally faced controversy in 2022 when past school-violence allegations surfaced shortly after LE SSERAFIM’s debut teasers were released. With the debate continuing, she halted activities just 19 days after debut and later ended her contract with HYBE (Source Music) in July that same year, officially leaving the team.
In a message shared through a friend’s social media afterward, Kim said, “I have never hit anyone or used violence. I was never forcibly transferred to another school. I have never drunk or smoked. I never bullied or ostracized anyone. I was just an ordinary student.”
Kim Garam is currently reported to be studying Media Acting at Konkuk University.
