Tang Wei and director Kim Tae Yong have welcomed their second child.
Tang Wei announced the news herself on social media on July 22nd. “Summer begins a journey with our foal as a family of four,” she wrote, referring to her eldest daughter.
Chinese media outlets reported that the couple welcomed a baby boy.
Tang Wei previously announced her pregnancy to fans. “It’s an unexpected big event,” she wrote at the time, adding, “We have another horse at home.” The comment hinted at a birth during the Year of the Horse.
Tang Wei and Kim Tae Yong met on the set of the movie Late Autumn. The couple tied the knot in 2014 and had their first daughter, Summer, in 2016. With their new baby, they are now a family of four.
Tang Wei recently starred in the acclaimed films Decision to Leave and Wonderland. She will next star in the Hollywood film The Robbers of Rattlesnake Creek, directed and produced by Park Chan Wook.
