Tang Wei has shared her thoughts about her second pregnancy.
The actress shared her joy about her second pregnancy through her personal social media account on the evening of April 29th.
“That’s right. It was a big surprise,” she announced, referring to her second pregnancy. “We will have more little horses at home, and I’m very much looking forward to everything.”
She also added, “Thank you so much for your well wishes,” with a heart emoji, expressing gratitude for the fans’ congratulatory responses to her second pregnancy.
Along with the post, Tang Wei shared a photo of herself holding a toy horse. The hand holding the toy horse alongside hers was presumed to be her husband, director Kim Tae Yong. This detail drew attention as it seemed to hint at the birth of their second child, who is expected to arrive in the Year of the Horse.

Tang Wei recently attended an event for a British luxury fashion house in Shanghai, where she revealed her silhouette with a baby bump.
Following speculation from Chinese media about her pregnancy, a representative for Tang Wei officially stated to OSEN, “It is true that she is currently pregnant with her second child. We ask for your understanding that the timing of the birth and the baby’s gender are personal matters and difficult to disclose.”
Tang Wei married Korean film director Kim Tae Yong in 2014 after meeting on the set of the movie Late Autumn. They welcomed their first daughter in 2016. Now, Tang Wei’s miraculous second pregnancy at the age of 47 has garnered widespread support.
