Hyeri has listed a building she owns in Seoul for sale.
Hyeri put the property on the market for 14.5 billion ($9.8 million) won last month.
She bought the building in August 2022 for around 7.75 billion won ($5.2 million) through her family’s company, MPO. She demolished the old building and built a new one with two basement levels and six floors above ground. The total cost, including construction and other expenses, is estimated to be around 10.7 billion won ($7.2 million).
If sold at the current price, Hyeri could make a profit of about 4 billion won ($2.7 million) in just four years.
The building is located near Seonjeongneung Station and Gangnam-gu Office Station, making it a highly sought-after area. Real estate experts say the location is prime, with easy access to both subway stations.
Currently, Hyeri owns two buildings, one in the Samseong district and another in the Yeoksam district of Seoul. She is now selling the property in the Samseong district.
