Bloodhounds is gearing up for its return.
Netflix confirmed that Bloodhounds Season 2 will premiere globally on April 3rd, unveiling a teaser poster and trailer that hint at an even bigger fight ahead for Kim Gun Woo (played by Woo Do Hwan) and Hong Woo Jin (Lee Sang Yi).
The new season follows the two loyal fighters as they take on a dangerous global underground boxing league where money and violence rule.
When Bloodhounds first debuted in 2023, the action-packed drama captured viewers with the story of two young boxers who take on the brutal world of illegal loan sharks. Season 2 raises the stakes, expanding the story beyond loan sharks into an international underground fighting circuit.
Woo Do Hwan and Lee Sang Yi return as the unstoppable duo, while Rain joins the cast as Baek Jeong, a powerful new villain who dominates the illegal boxing league.
The teaser poster shows Gun Woo and Woo Jin bruised but determined, with the line “Bite down & protect to the bitter end” hinting at the pair’s unbreakable resolve.

The trailer picks up after their victory over a ruthless loan shark ring. Gun Woo is now chasing his dream of becoming a boxing champion, with Woo Jin by his side as a coach. The two share a promise that shows their deep bond: “Until the day we die, let’s shout ‘Ack’ together.”
A new danger emerges in the form of Baek Jeong, whose overwhelming power allows him to dominate an underground boxing league where even champions are crushed. Motivated purely by money, Baek Jeong soon sets his sights on Gun Woo as his next target. As danger closes in, Gun Woo prepares for another brutal fight, declaring, “To take down a beast, I must be more beastly than the beast.”
Bloodhounds Season 2 premieres April 3rd on Netflix.
