The wait is finally over. Global sensation BTS has officially set the date for their long-awaited full-group return.

The group will release their new album on March 20th, 2026. This marks their first comeback as a complete unit in nearly four years, following the release of their anthology album Proof in June 2022.

The announcement came in a special and personal way. To celebrate the New Year, BTS sent handwritten letters directly to the homes of ARMY members who have maintained their fan club membership for the past three years. The letters, thanking fans for their unwavering support, included a crucial hint: the date “2026.03.20.”

Each member penned a heartfelt message. RM wrote, “I’ve waited more eagerly than anyone,” while Jin added, “Thank you so much for waiting.” Suga shared, “Let’s have fun together this year. I love you.”

J-Hope exclaimed, “What I’ve been thinking about is finally becoming a reality!” and Jimin touched hearts with the simple message, “The year we meet has arrived.” V promised, “Look forward to 2026, as we’ll make even more and better memories!” and Jungkook concluded, “I miss you! Please take care of us this year, too.”

For fans who didn’t receive a physical letter, the group announced that digital versions will be available on Weverse by the end of January, ensuring all fans can share in the moment.

The group also rang in the New Year together with a full-group Weverse live broadcast on the last day of 2025. “We hope to make a safe comeback this year and that the album does well,” the members said. “Let’s make BTS a huge success!”

Following the album release in March, BTS is set to embark on a massive world tour. Further details on the album and tour dates are expected to be released soon.
