Jang Ki Yong and Ahn Eun Jin’s chemistry is generating major international buzz.

SBS’s Wednesday–Thursday romance Dynamite Kiss has soared to No. 2 on Netflix’s Global TV chart, according to streaming-rank tracker FlixPatrol as of November 13th. The drama premiered on November 11th and follows Go Da Rim (Ahn Eun Jin), a single woman who disguises herself as a mother to get a job, and Gong Ji Hyuk (Jang Ki Yong), the team leader who falls for her in an unpredictable, fast-burning romance.

Episode 2 deepened their connection and fully ignited the “romance spark.” Ji Hyuk boldly confessed, “Should we extend this couple thing for one more day? I want to spend tomorrow with you too,” leaving Da Rim flustered and unable to hide her growing feelings.

But their early bliss didn’t last. Da Rim’s life is thrown into chaos when her soon-to-be-married younger sister disappears, loan sharks storm the wedding venue, and her mother suddenly collapses. Rushing back to Seoul, Da Rim and Ji Hyuk miss each other by seconds.

Back in Seoul, Da Rim worked nonstop to clean up her sister’s mess and scrape together the money for surgery fees, but she can’t shake the memories of Ji Hyuk and their time in Jeju. Ji Hyuk, equally unable to forget her, wanders the city trying to find her.

Fate eventually brings them together again. Ji Hyuk takes a job at his father’s baby-product company, while Da Rim—pretending to be a mom—shows up at the same company’s interview. Unaware of each other’s true identities, the two cross paths once more, setting the stage for a full-blown office romance.

SBS’s Dynamite Kiss airs every Wednesday and Thursday at 9 PM KST.
