Lee Sang Yeob will star in the highly anticipated romantic comedy Dream Just for You (literal translation).
Xports News reported on September 5th that he will join a potentially star-studded cast that may also include Hwang In Yeop and Hyeri.
Lee Sang Yeob is set to play Seo In Wook, a film production company CEO in his late 30s who develops a romance with a broadcast writer.
Planned for 16 episodes, Dream Just for You follows characters navigating their dreams and love lives in their thirties. The series centers on two women: Lee Jae, a reporter who feels like an ordinary adult after a fiery youth and frustrating twenties, and Su Bin, a film director who fiercely fought to achieve her dreams. The drama comes from writer Jung Eun Bi, who previously worked on the smash-hit series Mr. Sunshine and Doom at Your Service.
This casting marks a full-fledged return to acting for Lee Sang Yeob, who married a non-celebrity finance professional last March. Hwang In Yeop, Hyeri, and actress Lee Yeol Eum are also reportedly in discussions to join the cast.
