Premiering this July, tvN’s new weekend drama Seocho-dong follows the joys and struggles of five associate lawyers working in the Seocho legal district.
The drama draws on real-life experience with a script by Lee Seung Hyun, a practicing lawyer, and is brought to life by director Park Seung Woo, known for his stylish visuals and strong fan base. The two are expected to create powerful on-screen chemistry.
The cast includes Lee Jong Suk as Ahn Joo Hyung, Moon Ga Young as Kang Hee Ji, Kang You Seok as Cho Chang Won, Ryu Hye Young as Bae Moon Jung and Lim Sung Jae as Ha Sang Ki, forming a team nicknamed the “Lawvengers” as they portray the friendship and growth of associate attorneys.
Recently released teaser photos spotlight the daily lives of Seocho-dong’s most senior associate, Ahn Joo Hyung (played by Lee Jong Suk), and the most junior, Kang Hee Ji (Moon Ga Young), drawing attention.
Seocho-dong is a drama to look forward to, with clients bringing all kinds of stories and lawyers navigating unpredictable days.
