Under the crisp autumn sky, several stars celebrated their weddings this weekend. Leading the way, actress Jo Bo Ah married her longtime non-celebrity partner on October 12th at Aston House in the Grand Walkerhill Hotel. Known for hosting high-profile weddings—including the Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin couple—the venue once again became the talk of the town.
The ceremony was private, accommodating the non-celebrity groom and their families. Among the limited guest list were Jo Bo Ah’s close acquaintances, including broadcaster Paik Jong Won and Kim Sung Joo, with whom she appeared on Paik Jong Won’s Alley Restaurant.
Actor Kang Gil Woo also tied the knot that same day with his non-celebrity girlfriend. Kang, known for his role as Kim Soo Han in Netflix’s The Glory, kept his relationship under wraps until the wedding. Photos shared by friends after the event revealed the bride’s elegant silhouette and Kang’s beaming smile in a tuxedo.
In the comedy world, two comedian couples exchanged vows. Kim Hae Jun married fellow comedian Kim Seung Hye, while Ha Jun Su tied the knot with An Ga Yeon, marking them as Couple No. 21 and No. 22 among comedians.
The most anticipated wedding of the weekend, however, belonged to HyunA and Yong Jun Hyung. The pair, who announced their relationship in January and confirmed their wedding just nine months later, held their outdoor ceremony at Samcheonggak in Seoul on October 11th.
The event took place after sunset, with soft lighting from lanterns illuminating the floral arrangements and creating a dreamlike atmosphere. HyunA made a bold statement in a white mini dress paired with red flats, departing from traditional wedding attire—a choice that was praised as being quintessentially “HyunA.”

During the ceremony, HyunA pledged, “I’ll be a wife who shares my husband’s interests and hobbies, whatever they may be, like a true friend. I promise not to fear waking up together each morning, but instead to live joyfully and happily.” HyunA’s stylist and manager, who have worked with her for 15 years, delivered heartfelt speeches that brought both the groom and bride to tears.
The guest list was packed with K-pop royalty, including Uhm Jung Hwa, TVXQ’s Yunho, Tiger JK and Yoon Mi Rae, After School’s Kahi, 2 AM’s Jo Kwon of and broadcaster Hong Seok Cheon, all attending to wish the newlyweds a bright future.
