G-Dragon gave a glimpse of his New Year’s party with celebrity friends on January 2nd. The star-studded guests included Lee Jung Jae, Daesang Group’s Vice President Lim Sae Ryung, Jang Dong Gun, Go So Young, Jung Woo Sung and Lee Min Ho.
In the shared photo, G-Dragon is seen wearing a shawl over his head, surrounded by his celebrity friends. Recently cleared of drug allegations, the rapper shared the captured celebration moment with a heart emoji.
Earlier, G-Dragon faced scrutiny for alleged violations of the Narcotic Substances Control Act last October. However, he was officially cleared last month after testing negative for drug testing.
He has since signed a deal with CALAXY Corporation and made a generous donation of 300 million won ($228,917) to JusPeace, an anti-drug foundation he established.
In another update, G-Dragon drew attention by releasing photos featuring his legal aid team’s banner, which read, “Justice will prevail. G-Dragon’s Dream Team disbandment ceremony. Special thanks to all of you – I will never forget the efforts you made to support me during those difficult times.”
