Drama Ranking for 1st Week of December

SBS’s My Demon and MBC’s The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract have secured the first and second spots, respectively. Both dramas have been receiving rave reviews for the lead actors’ visual appeal and chemistry, maintaining a high buzz. While My Demon has a lower viewership rating than its competitor, it’s enjoying global popularity through Netflix. Coupang Play’s Boyhood is gradually gaining momentum, ranking third, thanks in part to Yim Si Wan’s charming performance. KBS’s Goryeo-Khitan War maintains its buzz, securing fourth place. In fifth, JTBC’s Welcome to Samdalri is witnessing a rise in viewership, bolstered by the strong performances of Shin Hye Sun and Ji Chang Wook. Debuting in sixth place is TVING’s Death’s Game, praised for its faithful adaptation of the original webtoon. However, Netflix’s Sweet Home 2 only managed to reach tenth place, failing to maintain its pre-release buzz due to the overall quality that fell short of expectations.
