Lee Jae Wook will make an acting transformation into Jo Tae Sang, one of the unveiled characters in Death’s Game.
Jo Tae Sang is a man who stopped pursuing his childhood dream of becoming a martial arts fighter due to financial difficulties. Having lost his dream, he happens to be held in prison waiting to be released.
The new images capture the charisma exuding from Tae Sang in jail. Notably, Lee Jae Wook pulled off most of the action scenes where his character alone fights against eight other men. It was all possible due to his passion for his role as he reportedly took action courses even before the filming.
The production team said, “As the action scenes are all about the chemistry between the actors, Jae Wook made every effort to create the best scene through repeated rehearsals. All crew members were amazed by how he paid extra attention to every gesture he made during the sequences. Plus, his nuanced portrayal of the character will add more excitement to the upcoming show.
TVING original series Death’s Game is set for release on December 15th and drops on Amazon Prime Video in over 240 countries.
