NewJeans’ Hyein is now the new face of Louis Vuitton.
The French fashion house announced on December 30th, “We have chosen Hyein as our new ambassador and will embark on a new journey with her, who defines NewJeans’ style with her unique charm.”
The rookie girl group —who made their debut in July— is currently captivating both Korean and global fans with their bubbly charms and youthful energy.
They set a new first-day sales record with their debut album New Jeans and became the first K-pop rookie act to have their song charted on Spotify’s new Weekly Top Song USA chart.
Hyein, the youngest member of New Jeans, had previously worked as a child model. She was born in 2008 and is currently 14 years old.
