So Ji Sub embarked on a new challenge with the movie Confession.
Confession revolves around a promising businessman who has been named the prime suspect in a murder case and a lawyer who has been hired to prove his innocence. The movie follows the two as they try to piece together hidden pieces of the case.
On the 13th, Lotte Entertainment dropped new still photos of So Ji Sub as Yoo Min Ho, the prime suspect in a locked-room murder case. The photos showed Yoo Min Ho passing through numerous reporters after leaving the prosecutor’s office and him having a serious talk with his attorney Yang Shin Ae (Kim Yun Jin).
Playing Yoo Min Ho wasn’t easy for So Ji Sub. “I even thought, ‘Isn’t performing action sequences easier?'” he shared. “That’s how much energy I had to consume.” Simply put, he poured out all his passion into his acting. “In order to play a rapidly changing situation, I carefully calculated everything from the posture he stands in to the movements of his eyes and the height of his emotions.”
Meanwhile, Confession will hit the screen on October 26th.
