DAEMUGA released its first trailer, announcing the unique combination of the action flick with shamans.
Starring Park Sung Woong, Yang Hyun Min, Ryu Kyung Soo, and Jung Kyung Ho, DAEMUGA tells the thrilling story of three men having a “freestyle ritual battle” on top of the legendary “daemuga” rhythm to win the once-in-a-lifetime jackpot.
The first trailer gives a glimpse into the movie that you’ve never seen before. Announcing the beginning of the battle with the word “Showtime,” the vicious villain Il Soo (Jung Kyung Ho) makes a grand appearance.
Then there are three so-called shamans – Sung Joon (Park Sung Woong) who once enjoyed great popularity as a legendary shaman but now lives off the power of alcohol; “Chungdam Shaman” (Yang Hyun Min) who dreams of becoming the highest-earning shaman; and Shin Nam (Ryu Kyung Soo) who joins the 10-week shaman academy dreaming of making it big.
These three unique characters performing their “rituals” to the “daemuga” rhythm raises expectations.
Meanwhile, DAEMUGA will hit the screen in October.
