Netflix’s The Sound of Magic released news stills of its cast.
The Sound of Magic is a fantasy music drama that tells the story of mysterious magician Rieul (played by Ji Chang Wook) who suddenly appears in front of a girl named Yoon Ah Yi (Choi Sung Eun), who has lost her dreams, and her classmate named Na Il Deung (Hwang In Yeop), who is being forced to dream.
The newly released pictures emphasize the drama’s mysterious vibe. The enigmatic magician residing at a run-down amusement park has many rumors surrounding him, but no one really knows who exactly he is. After coming across the magician at the park, Ah Yi and Il Deung slowly regain their dreams and hopes and figure out what they really want to be by witnessing the surreal magic of Rieul.
While the two experience dream-like moments, a few of their neighbors go missing one after another, and Rieul becomes the prime suspect responsible for their disappearance. Baek Ha Na (Ji Hye Won) and Kim So Hee (Kim Bo Yoon) go undercover to unveil Rieul’s real identity. The show builds up its tension as his identity and the truth behind people going missing unravel.
