Jang Ki Yong and EXO’s Chanyeol to Appear on a Military Musical

Jang Ki Yong and EXO’s Chanyeol will perform together in a musical.

Military musical Blue Helmet: A Song of Meissa (literal title) has dropped its rehearsal photos. The show will open on March 18th at D-Cube Arts Center.

The musical centers on a boy named Raman, who was born and raised in a fictional country called Kamur. He comes to South Korea in search of his meissa, a UN peacekeeper who gave him dreams and hopes.

A total of 46 actors participated in the rehearsal, including Chanyeol, who plays Raman, and Jang Ki Yong, who will take on the role of Yeon Jun Seok.

All the actors were seen supporting and encouraging each other in the rehearsal. It has been reported that the actors and the staff members prepared the performance in a friendly atmosphere full of laughter.

The casts of Blue Helmet: A Song of Meissa will meet their fans through a live broadcast on HOWFARMS’ official YouTube Channel on the 8th. The musical will be held in D-Cube Arts Center from March 18th to May 8th.
