Mnet revealed six contestants for its survival program Queendom 2.
First artist to participate is Brave Girls, who climbed back up the chart with “Rollin'” last year. The group is expected to show their fresh talents and charms throughout the show.
VIVIZ, a group consisting of former GFriend members Eunha, SinB, and Umji, placed their name on the list. They are expected to make a strong impression on the public as a newly launched group.
WJSN will also appear on the show. Since the group has previously mesmerized the television audiences with their guest appearances on �various music shows, reality TV programs and dramas, fans are excited to see them in Queendom 2.
LOONA, who has earned the title of the “Rising global star,” will join the show as well. Many are looking forward to seeing their synchronized dance moves on the stage.
The fifth contestant is Kep1er, a rookie girl group with the biggest debut album sales in the K-pop industry’s history. This group has sold more than 200,000 albums worldwide.
The last participant is Hyolyn, a former member of SISTAR who is well known for her outstanding vocal and dance skills. Hyolyn is the only solo artist among all contestants.
The production crew of Queendom 2 stated, “All contestants are famous musicians in the K-pop industry. We expect the artists to entertain the fans with their stage performances filled with various charms.”
Queendom 2 will premiere on March 31st, and Taeyeon of Girl’s Generation will be emceeing the show.
