‘A Business Proposal’ Ahn Hyo Seop and Kim Se Jeong Show Off Their Chemistry in the Recent Pictorial

Ahead of the show’s premiere on the 28th, A Business Proposal stars heightened expectations with a pictorial.

A Business Proposal tells the story of the CEO and his employee who met on a blind date under their false identity. The series stars Ahn Hyo Seop, Kim Se Jeong, Seol In Ah, Kim Min Kyu, and more. The original web novel was published in 2017, and the webtoon version was released the following year. These two versions have garnered 320 million cumulative views worldwide.

In an interview conducted afterwards, the two actors briefly introduced their characters. Ahn Hyo Seop described his character Kang Tae Moo as someone “who has pain no one knows about.” He added, “He seems meticulous and strong, but on the inside, there’s a boy trembling in fear. And Shin Ha Ri is the one who sees right through that.”

Kim Se Jeong shared, “Shin Ha Ri acts differently according to the situation, so I pondered over what to focus on.” The actress then added that she built the character as someone who’s optimistic and has the ability to cope with any kind of situation.

At the end of the interview, both actors agreed that A Business Proposal was another challenge. Kim Se Jeong said, “I don’t think there isn’t a choice that’s not a challenge. And I believe that A Business Proposal was a good choice.” Ahn Hyo Seop shared, “I have faith that I’ll make the right choice every moment. I hope that with this project, I can become a ‘better me’ in any form.”
